This book deserves as many stars as God created on the sky

I am not a person who writes reviews, I refuse to pass the opportunity to give my opinion about this book ! The Bible is the most powerful book I have ever read, read and will read as long as I shall live. John Ramirez's book is absolutely the most anointed and powerful book I have read after the Bible! It's a must read book for every human being on this earth. I will pray to Father God in Jesus Christ Holy Name to make it available for all people who is willing to live and desires eternal life, to make it available in every nations in all languages! I think of John Ramirez as our time "Moses" who has been empowered by our God to take us through the Red Sea and the guidance of the Holy Spirit arrive to the Promise land!
When I read a book and I find something Very important I mark the page by fold up the corner.. I never realized until my husband was holding the book up and asked me a question "honey what did you do tho this book?" I saw that I marked every page! :) It wasn't intensional, but it showed me even more clear that every page has vital information. Every part of the book lines up with the Bible and the Scriptures. I felt the presence of the Lord reading it with me and gave me incredible revelations, wisdom and understanding. I got on my knees several times through out reading the chapters and Jesus Christ and I spend heart to heart quality time with each other! I would like to say this is not a book you read once or twice, my Bible and this book Unmasking The Devil will never collect dust on my bookshelf. If anyone gives a bad review on this book is simply being used by the enemy to keep you away from the truth and from God. Please don't debate with yourself to order this book or not.. Just make the purchase and your life will never be the same! John Ramirez if I never see you here on earth to personally thank you for serving our Lord Jesus Christ with all your heart and might and for persevere all that the enemy has done to you.. One day in Heaven I would like to tell you how our Father God used you as a wonderful instrument to set me and my family Free !!! Thank You!

PAY ATTENTION...

Five stars...not necessarily for its literary value, but for the education and heart of Mr. Ramirez. He may not get it all right, but anyone who doesn't pay attention misses out on what they can actually learn. On what they can actually DO for the sake of the Kingdom of God in this much-neglected aspect of the western Church. The subject is practically avoided at all costs in the mainstream conservative church and that simply doesn't jibe with the life of Jesus. You don't have to agree in every detail, or even like John's style. You might find yourself questioning here and there. That's O.K. But what you don't want to do is MISS IT! Considering how great a rescue John's story tells (See his first book, "Out of the Devil's Cauldron"), why get stuck on what one doesn't like? John is only human, after all. But watch him closely. He gives the glory to God, and many captives are freed! Personally, I found God's Spirit within me rejoicing as I read. May God bless all you do for Jesus and in His mighty name, Mr. Ramirez! Hang tough and keep your eyes where you know they belong. Blessings!

This book is powerful

I could not stop reading this book. It's an ultimate page turner. If you're wanting to learn more about spiritual warfare, this is the book for you. It's true, most people, even myself, know that the devil is real, but never really put too much stock into what he is capable of. Once the author made it plain about the devil's schemes and devices to keep us ignorant and bound, I immediately awoke spiritually and know that everyday we as Christians have to fight from victory, not for victory, since we already won...but we can't rest on our laurels. The devil wants us dead, and we as believers in Christ Jesus wants the devil back in hell where he belongs. This book teaches you exactly what to do for deliverance. PLEASE BUY THIS BOOK, become KNOWLEDGEABLE about how to DEFEAT the devil and be SET FREE!!!!!!!!

Awesome summary!

I used this book last semester for OB rotation. It is a very easy to understand, high (to medium) level OB/GYN summary book. I used it on my exams and it helped me a lot see high level explanations and concepts in OB. Highly recommend it to anyone who does not have OB as a primary interest...it will help you! Thanks!

About the Author
David Kelley received his Ph.D. from Princeton University and his M.A. and B.A. from Brown University. The Art of Reasoning grew out of his extensive experience teaching logic at Vassar College and Brandeis University. In 1990, he founded the Institute for Objectivist Studies in Poughkeepsie, New York, and currently serves as its executive director. He is the author of Evidence of the Senses, as well as numerous articles published in professional journals and in periodicals such as Harper’s, Barron’s, and the Wall Street Journal.

Superb Critical Thinking Text

This is an excellent introduction to non-symbolic logic, with interesting and intelligent exercises for students. Kelley's textbook is well-organized and lucidly written. It's one of the very best books on critical thinking.
And contrary to what a previous reviewer has said, Kelley's personal Randian philosophy does not intrude on his pedagogy. He chooses his examples from all across the political spectrum and makes a strenuous effort to be fair and impartial in his analyses. What more can one ask of a philosopher?

Engravings tell the story

Imagine a complete history of architecture where every building looks like it belongs on the back of a dollar bill. Nothing but engravings, around 750, all works of art in themselves. And you'll enjoy the exemplary design and the high quality paper.

A wasted opportunity

The idea to write an account of architectural styles and features using old engravings was an excellent one. Unfortunately this book is badly let down by not crediting and giving bibliographical reference to the sources of the fine engravings used. This is tremendously frustrating for readers like myself who are interested in seeking out the original publications and, in many cases, accessing better quality versions of the engravings which are poorly reproduced in this book. Some of the reproduced illustrations have been so much reduced in size that valuable detail is lost. The plans of ancient Beijing are a case in point. No indication is provided of buildings which have been destroyed or seriously damaged since the original 18th and 19th century artwork was produced. Neither are fanciful reconstructions differentiated from existing buildings in the antiquarian illustrations. Moreover, buildings are often shown without identifying them specifically. This fatally flawed publication is not a patch on Banister Fletcher's 'A History of Architecture on the Comparative Method.'

Excellent book for learning government basics!

I used this book for homeschooling my senior in high school. This is a very good book for independent learning that covers the basics of government thoroughly and is very easy to understand. The questions at the end of the chapter include critical thinking which are great for discussion.
