Excellent Introduction to Seth's Phenomenology

I started reading Roberts' books in the late 70s and recently finished Book 1 of The Early Sessions. To be honest I wish I could have read the Early Sessions first. They provide the gateway through which Roberts and her husband absorbed Seth's ideas and in my opinion after just 2 volumes of the series, this is clearly the best way to begin exploring and trying out Seth's concepts and exercises.

I can't say it enough. This is reading for the soul. It gives you an understanding of why we are here, where we are going and why. I suggest anything by Jane Roberts if you are interested in understanding yourself.

Great Book

I highly recommend all of the 'Early Session' books. I have been a fan of all the Seth books and have read them on and off for years. The 'Early Sessions' gave me insights I didn't get from the other material and that is why I love them.
